Senior Functional Consultant Role

The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of IFS implementations as part of a Global team of professionals.

Growing and enhancing industry solutions in the Field Service Management industry requires collaboration with Customers and Solution Architects on cutting-edge projects. Key responsibilities include aligning the IFS Application with the Customer's business processes, running functional workshops to uncover and document requirements, and configuring the IFS applications to meet specific business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Align IFS Application with Customer's business processes
  • Run functional workshops to uncover and document requirements
  • Configure IFS applications to meet specific business needs
Daily Tasks Include:
  • Work closely with Clients, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects
  • Run workshops for Clients focusing on mapping and documenting business processes
  • Assist in completing Business Requirement Document and Solution Design Document
  • Structure and execute demos of the IFS application
  • Provide training, education, coaching, and assistance to team members
  • Maintain a strong and professional relationship with the Client

Successful candidates will have experience in all IFS modules with implementation experience, using baseline process to achieve expected functional outcomes. They will also demonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
