In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in shaping the product architecture for ServiceNow solutions across a diverse range of business applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing the Vision: Develop the strategy, roadmap, and governance for ServiceNow Business Applications, encompassing modules like Employee Workflows, IRM, CSM, App Engine, SPM, and more.
  • Bridging the Gap: Partner with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and translate them into impactful, user-centric solutions.
  • Designing Excellence: Create data models, workflows, integrations, and configurations to empower non-IT teams to achieve their goals.
  • Setting Standards: Develop and implement best practices and guidelines for developing non-IT applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Guiding Your Team: Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers, consultants, and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Maintaining Quality: Conduct design reviews to ensure all solutions meet established quality standards.
  • Future-Proofing Solutions: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions to optimize non-IT capabilities.
  • Staying Current: Maintain a deep understanding of the latest ServiceNow platform releases and features for core business applications like HRSD, CSM, IRM, SPM, and ESG.
  • Defining Roadmaps: Develop roadmaps and release plans to drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow Business Applications capabilities.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Perform formal design reviews to guarantee adherence to best practices and established standards.
  • Proof of Concept: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate new solutions and technologies.
  • Governance and Change Management: Champion the adherence to governance processes and change management procedures during all implementation projects.
  • Solving Complex Issues: Tackle complex technical issues and provide escalation resolution for Business Applications functionalities.
  • Strategic Vision: Participate in strategic planning initiatives and communicate the future direction of ServiceNow Business Applications.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Manage projects while fostering strong working relationships with external vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders. Provide a clear vision and direction for the entire team.
  • Solution Delivery Expertise: Design or review ServiceNow solution proposals and estimates, while also providing technical oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle (requirements engineering, solution design, estimation, testing, and deployment).
  • Governance Champion: Oversee and manage the technical aspects of application governance for ServiceNow, coordinating with external suppliers on a global scale.
  • Data Privacy and Security: Collaborate with Data Privacy and IT Security teams (including business stakeholders) to drive strategic innovation for ServiceNow Business Applications, ensuring alignment with evolving data privacy and security regulations.
