Job Description: Retention Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retention Campaign Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in preventing user churn and reactivating lapsed listeners.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven and creative marketer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to users. They will be responsible for developing and executing proactive campaigns to re-engage at-risk users and bring back churned subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Churn Prevention & Reactivation:
  • Identify Churn Signals: Collaborate with the data team to leverage predictive models and analyze data to identify listeners showing signs of disengagement or a high risk of churning.
  • Design & Launch 'Save' Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior, aiming to re-engage users before they cancel their subscription.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Data-Driven Problem-Solving: Think creatively, challenge assumptions, and build industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical Sharpness: Fluency in digging through data to find opportunities, strong proficiency in SQL for independent analysis, and experience with product analytics tools.
  • A/B Testing: Design and interpret A/B tests to get clear, actionable answers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies, ideally within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.
  • Innovative Mindset: Understand what makes users stay and craft resonant campaigns.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
