Lead Marketing Executive

This is a pivotal role for a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to drive ekincare's marketing strategy across lead generation, B2B marketing, events, conferences, social media, content, and PR.

The successful candidate will play a key part in elevating brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and empowering sales and customer success teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives aligned with revenue goals, create lead-gen campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Brand & Communication: Own brand positioning, messaging, content, social media, and PR to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
  • Events & Partnerships: Lead conferences and events to boost engagement and conversions; collaborate with sales for ROI.
  • Performance & Analytics: Track KPIs, optimize spend, and deliver regular performance insights to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams and collaborate effectively with sales and product teams.
  • Strong background in lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, events, and PR.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and campaign performance optimization.
