Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hire.
  • Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding processes, providing new hires with necessary resources and support.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 11+ years of overall experience, with 7-8 years in talent acquisition and people management.
  • Hands-on experience with bulk and frontline hiring.
  • A strong understanding of BPO dynamics and stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven project management skills, excellent business acumen, and adaptability.
  • MBA/PG degree preferred.
