Job Overview

The System Security Analyst role is a critical component of our organization's security infrastructure.

\

This position plays a vital part in ensuring the integrity and security of our HR systems, working closely with the Colleague Services organization to provide outstanding services and capabilities.

\

As a member of this team, you will contribute to building, running, and evolving incredible platforms, products, and services that enable colleagues to perform at their best every day.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain user access within the Oracle HCM system and related security process documentation.\
  • Build custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes.\
  • Monitor, resolve, and respond to access questions and requests pertaining to the Oracle HCM system access and functionality.\
  • Partner with managers and peers within the team to support the agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.\
  • Become a domain expert for HCM system access and configuration. Work with Oracle on enablement of new features, problem resolution, and quarterly improvements and post-launch configuration.\
  • Collaborate with CEG teams, Technology, and other partners supporting roadmaps and looking for security process improvements with Oracle HCM products.\
  • Serve as a point of contact for HCM system-related queries and concerns.\
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of HCM system security processes and procedures.\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HCM system updates, releases, and patches.\
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM system security with other organizational systems.\
  • Participate in incident response efforts, providing technical expertise and support as needed.\
  • Analyze and address security risks associated with the HCM system.\
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.\
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on HCM system security best practices.\
  • Contribute to the development of security awareness programs and initiatives.\
  • Assist in the creation of security metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of security controls.\
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure alignment with organizational security policies and procedures.\

  • Work closely with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.\
