Job Title: Enterprise Corporate Security Supervisor T500-20247

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Day-to-Day Operations: Assist in the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures across the facility.
  • Crisis Management and Business Continuity: Collaborate with teams to support the development and implementation of crisis management and business continuity protocols.
  • Front Desk Security Operations: Ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
  • Security Systems Maintenance: Support maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
  • International Travel Logistics: Assist with coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Incident Response: Serve as the primary point of contact and hub liaison, providing essential support during incident activation and response.
Requirements:
  • Physical Security Experience: 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.
  • IT Oriented Role: 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Indirect Leadership Experience: Indirect leadership experience.
  • Policies and Procedures Training: Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure.
  • Security System Experience: Experience with Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, Eptura iOffice.
  • Risk Assessments: Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills.
