Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
  • Work closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers to source potential candidates.
  • Procure people for different IT requirements.
  • Use niche platforms related to IT to source potential candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
  • Experience in building a talent pool for the IT department of the company.
  • Must be comfortable working in EST shifts.
  • Experience in recruiting H1b, US Citizens, Green Card holders, and other visa holders.
  • Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, L2, EAD, TN, GC, etc.
  • Familiarity with different US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements.
  • Experience of working on different job portals like Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.
  • Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Must have own vendor network and database to work and hit the floor running from Day 1.
  • Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. Proficient in English.
  • The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
