Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth by scheduling client visits, negotiating and closing deals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of assigned territories and achieve monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for precision tracking and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Promote exceptional customer service to retain existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in Corporate Sales or Account Management in the Hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and ability to analyze data.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients from various backgrounds, including young startups, SMEs, and corporates.
