Brand Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to excel at storytelling and drive revenue through creative content solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling narratives to pitch and sell scripted digital content to brands and agencies.
  • Stay updated on the digital media landscape, industry analytics, and market trends to shape impactful strategies.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through extensive market mapping and the incubation of new business opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers and leverage insights to unlock opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end relationships with clients and stakeholders independently, positioning the company as a preferred partner for digital media investments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams - sales strategy, client servicing, and content delivery to execute and scale long-term deals.
  • Deliver on quarterly revenue goals by maintaining a data-driven and result-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital ad sales, media agencies, or consumer internet companies.
  • Proficiency in the local language is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with leading Indian media houses is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess a mix of brand-builder mindset and sales-focused drive to achieve business targets, clear communication skills, and strong networking abilities to influence and negotiate effectively.
