Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive strategic communication initiatives and elevate our brand's voice in the market.

This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who can translate complex solutions into compelling business narratives and execute high-impact campaigns across channels.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in B2B marketing, content-driven storytelling, and a passion for simplifying complex solutions into human-centered messages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and evolve a powerful brand narrative aligned with our business vision and solution offerings
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns including messaging strategy, content development, and multi-channel execution
  • Drive brand storytelling across customer journeys—awareness, engagement, and loyalty
  • Partner with business leaders, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft positioning and case studies for key capabilities
  • Manage corporate communications including employer branding, analyst relations, and executive visibility
  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform campaign direction and brand performance
Requirements:
  • 8–13 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, or corporate marketing in an IT services, consulting, or technology company
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with a portfolio of marketing campaigns, thought leadership, or brand content
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and working with cross-functional global teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, webinars, SEO/SEM, email)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to employer branding and internal communications is a plus
