Warehouse Specialist

  • Picking: Locate and retrieve items from shelves, bins, or racks based on customer orders or pick lists.
  • Packing: Prepare the collected items for shipment by placing them in boxes, bags, or other containers.
  • Labeling: Ensure accurate labeling of packages with shipping information and barcodes.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by tracking stock, replenishing shelves, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, to move and transport goods.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the receiving, storing, and dispatching of products in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock movements and discrepancies.
  4. Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
  5. Perform additional tasks as required by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure are also important. A proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
