Job Title

A dedicated and skilled Human Resources professional is required to drive employee engagement and workplace culture in our warehouse setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site, providing exceptional support to employees.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in close coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for blue-collar/frontline staff, ensuring smooth onboarding and induction.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices, driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven expertise in managing a blue-collar workforce, fostering strong relationships with employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
