Job Title: Manhattan Warehouse Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting supply chain solutions using Manhattan WMS Active.

This role requires strong functional and/or technical understanding of the Manhattan WMS platform, focusing on improving warehouse operations and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of Manhattan WMS Active to meet client business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design and document functional solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and optimize warehouse workflows.
  • Testing & Support: Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and provide post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the Manhattan WMS platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Core Experience: 5 to 15+ years of professional experience with Manhattan WMS Active.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Manhattan WMS Active, including its core modules and functionalities.
  • Professional Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with other versions of the software, knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting, familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
