Warehouse Management Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring, and implementing warehouse management solutions across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business requirements and map them to warehouse processes.
  • Configure and customize warehouse modules to meet client-specific needs.
  • Implement end-to-end warehouse management solutions including integration with ERP systems.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training documentation, and user manuals.
  • Provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for system enhancements and bugs.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes such as Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements, Physical Inventory, and Yard Management.
  • Experience with Warehouse Monitor, Slotting, Replenishment, and Handling Unit Management.
  • Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and TM.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA Embedded EWM is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred :

  • SAP EWM certification.
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
  • Exposure to international projects and cross-cultural teams.
