Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at InfoBeans in Pune (Baner). As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with experience in a front desk or receptionist role. You will be proficient in MS Office and have a high school diploma (or equivalent); office admin certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and/or relevant certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer service-focused attitude.

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
