Key Governance Role

We seek a highly skilled individual to contribute to our governance initiatives in India.

Role Overview:

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement governance reforms, evaluate policy initiatives, and provide actionable recommendations that advance our mission. As a member of the Governance team, you will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and developing state and national policy recommendations.

  • Supporting research and analysis to inform governance reforms and develop strategic, actionable policy recommendations.
  • Conducting deep-dive research and analysis to identify challenges and propose effective solutions within complex political and governance frameworks.
  • Developing comprehensive reports, policy briefs, and presentations that translate complex analyses into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
  • Collaborating with leadership and functional teams to align governance reforms with broader strategic goals and facilitate effective implementation.
  • Managing governance projects and cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, troubleshooting risks, and driving timely execution of key initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to collect, synthesise, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based governance reforms.
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis, reporting, and forming recommendations under guidance.
  • Clear and concise writing for policy briefs, reports, presentations, and stakeholder summaries.
  • Foundational understanding of Indian policy systems, political dynamics, and development frameworks.
