Job Overview

The role of an Identity Governance Specialist involves leveraging advanced configuration, customization, and development expertise in the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to drive efficient identity lifecycle management processes.

This position requires a deep understanding of identity and access management principles, frameworks, and industry best practices to design and implement automated workflows and policies that mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Integrate SailPoint with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications to streamline identity and access operations.
  • Deliver IGA processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC) to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Configure connectors to onboard applications using out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options to improve application onboarding and migration processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
