Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement Identity Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and strong Java programming skills, as well as a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and implementation across key SailPoint modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Identity Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Strong Java programming skills
  • Solid understanding of OOP concepts and implementation across key SailPoint modules
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint certifications (IIQ Engineer/Architect)
  • Exposure to IdentityNow, ITSM integration, Agile methodology, and Java certification
