About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional interior design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Presentations: Develop comprehensive presentations based on client requirements, preferences, and project scope.
- Conduct Client Sessions: Engage with clients to educate them on company solutions and products, ensuring they understand the benefits and value proposition.
- Design and Drawings: Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, or other rendering software to bring design concepts to life.
- Influencing Decision-Makers: Develop and present innovative solutions that effectively communicate the value of interior design to key decision-makers.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, clients, senior heads, and project owners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Site Planning: Understand and implement site layout/maps to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
- Clients and Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication and Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups, site visits, and maintain effective communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Financial Management: Prepare project pricing and budget estimations to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Strong Design Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and SketchUp.
