About the Role

You will work with government bodies providing advisory support on governance and policy initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a sharp thinker with a passion for government policy and public programs.

They are comfortable working with official datasets and Management Information Systems (MIS), extracting insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on governance issues across sectors such as public health, education, rural development, and infrastructure.
  • Analyse government policies and frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Extract and clean large datasets, designing models to identify trends, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  • Develop reports and presentations highlighting insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in implementing governance initiatives by developing frameworks, preparing action plans, tracking progress, evaluating impact, and suggesting course corrections.
  • Maintain a structured repository of program data and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 academic institution, preferably in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law.
  • Able to conduct research and summarise findings.
  • Strong grasp of Indian governance systems and policy-making cycles.
  • Clear writing and presentation skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious and capable of designing solutions.
  • High professionalism and ability to manage stakeholders.
