Job Title: Policy and Process Specialist

Location: Jaipur, India

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance of liabilities & payment products as per regulators like RBI / Internal Audit Teams/ NPCI.
  • Develop process & policy frameworks for products including Savings Account, Fixed Deposits, Debit Cards & Payment Products.
  • Align processes and policies to internal and external guidelines governing the business and compliance procedures.

Main Objectives:

  • Implement and adhere to all compliance related items and help in external and internal audits.
  • Strengthen systems, control and Processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaise with different departments and ensure all RBI related circulars are strictly adhered to.
  • Understand RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management.
  • Report regulatory requirements related to policies and processes.
  • Determine impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products.
  • Integrate and implement new or revised policies and processes.
  • Bolster synergies and efficiencies by way of customer centric processes.
  • Interact and co-ordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective delivery.
  • Compose and review process guidelines for Product Teams.
  • Identify redundant tasks in processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining processes and policies that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
