Process Excellence Lead

We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Lead to drive business process improvements, focusing on efficiency and product quality.

This role will lead a systematic approach to process excellence, driving lean transformation, standardization, and best practice implementation across our products.

  • Drive structured Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across business processes.
  • Establish frameworks to measure process performance (KPIs, dashboards) and track improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement:
    • Lead value engineering initiatives without compromising product quality.
    • Monitor and report process savings against targets, ensuring sustainability of improvements.
  • Standardization & Best Practices:
    • Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes.
    • Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to our manufacturing and service models.
  • Quality & Efficiency:
    • Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates, improve reliability, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
    • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to improve yield, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput.
  • Change Management & Capability Building:
    • Build organizational capability in Lean/Process Excellence through training and coaching.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering.
  • Proven experience in driving process improvements in consumer appliances, electronics, or manufacturing setups.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high ownership.
