Job Role

We seek an experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, and service delivery quality assurance.
  • Apply quality control methods, root cause analysis, and failure mode effects analysis to drive process improvements.
  • Lead stable and predictable process performance through quality assurance practices.
  • Leverage industry-leading quality audit platforms to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Manage transition accounts and drive early-stage interventions to ensure right-first-time implementation of quality processes.
  • Diagnose and implement improvement opportunities to solve chronic business challenges.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in quality and process improvement.
  • Good working knowledge of quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and lean methodologies.
  • Experience in leveraging industry-leading quality audit platforms.
  • Ability to project manage complex change initiatives and work closely with clients.
  • Lean and Six Sigma concepts understanding, ability to demonstrate quality concepts and leverage to meet business objectives.
