Job Opportunity:

The Direct Sales Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting daily sales operations and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating between dealers, vendors, and the city sales team while managing backend operations, subscriptions, procurement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the city sales team for operational requirements.
  • Follow up on renewals and new acquisitions, ensuring timely order processing in the CRM system.
  • Manage subscriptions for publications.
  • Manage complaints and resolution.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items.
  • Manage backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports for management.
  • Support other operational functions as required by the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
