Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Leader to drive quality excellence across our projects and programs. The successful candidate will have expertise in software development lifecycle processes, quality management, and IT service management operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA key performance indicators to drive continuous performance improvement.
  2. Maintain compliant/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.
  3. Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the projects/programs.
  4. Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions.
  5. Collaborate across functions to drive quality excellence and deliver delivery assurance/quality-related training.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance or delivery lead roles.
  • Sound understanding of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.
  • Expertise in quality management activities, including audits and assessments.
  • Experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment.
  • Good knowledge and experience in IT service management operations.
