Job Title: Quality Assurance Director

Overview:

The quality assurance director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across our production processes. As we scale from development to large-scale production, this position is crucial in leading our quality assurance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Quality Strategies: The quality assurance director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive quality strategies that cater to both hardware and software aspects.
  • Oversee Testing, Validation, Inspection, and Compliance Processes: This role involves overseeing testing, validation, inspection, and compliance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate Across R&D, Manufacturing, and Supplier Teams: The quality assurance director will collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
  • Lead, Train, and Mentor the Quality Control Team: This position requires strong leadership skills to lead, train, and mentor the quality control team.
  • Drive ISO Certifications and Regulatory Compliance: The quality assurance director will drive initiatives to achieve ISO certifications and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in robotics, automation, or aerospace, with expertise in both hardware and software quality management. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related fields is required.
