- Potential Customer Identification: Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
- New Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
- Product and Service Information: Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges, etc., proactively to customers and ensure the best services are provided.
- Financial Services Industry Experience: Having relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- People, Business, and Client Relationship Handling Skills: Proven people, business, and client relationship handling skills.
- Effective Communication and Pleasing Personality: Having a pleasing personality and effective communication skills.
- Engaging Sizable Clients: Ability to engage sizable clients.
- Strong Persuasion and Deal Closure Skills: Strong persuasion skills and deal closure ability.
- Market Requirements Understanding: Ability to understand, anticipate, and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities, and constraints.
- Generating Leads for Financial Product Distributors
- Coordinating and Conducting Business Opportunity Sessions for Upcoming and Existing FPDs
- Assisting New FPDs to Clear NISM Exams
- Providing Trainings to Partners on Product Availability
- Preparing Business Development Plans for Partners and Training Them to Achieve via Joint Calls, Conducting Client Meetings, Asset Allocation with Product Diversifications
- Establishing Strong Relationships with Partners, IFA in Assigned Geography and Providing Right Communication on Products, Solutions, and Services
- Providing Right Information and Coordinating Regular Partner Meetings
