Sales Manager Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrating products to clients and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and processes at Cavitak to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve business outcomes.
