Job Overview

As a Contact Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-performing contact centre team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in contact centre management and leadership. The ideal candidate should have an indepth knowledge of inbound and outbound contact centre processes, including vendor management and billing.

Key responsibilities include cross-selling, sales target management, service level management, escalation handling, complaint management, and training and quality assurance. Knowledge of handling inbound emails and chat teams is preferred.
