We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of billing and invoicing processes, with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.

About the Role:
  • Billing and Invoicing Expertise: Basic understanding of billing and invoicing principles, including relevant laws and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as conversancy in various online tools and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Time Management: Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve inquiries/queries related to billing and payments.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day calls/queries related to billing, managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers, contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers.
  2. Contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  4. Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies.
