Job Title: Accounting Clerk

  • We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team.

**Job Description:**

  • Process and post all invoices in line with company policies, ensuring accurate cost allocation and coding.
  • Monitor approvals daily, resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date process documentation.
  • Owning AP-GL reconciliation, accruals, currency revaluations and quarterly vendor balance clean-up; providing ad-hoc reports and audit support.
  • Perform regular controls, review vendor statements and payment reminders, and ensure timely settlement of outstanding items.
  • Participate in ERP projects, UAT testing, and other initiatives assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

  • University degree in Accounting or related area.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience on similar position.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.).
  • Work in accounting system SAP would be an asset.
