Financial Services Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional accounting services to our global business as part of the Global Business Services Center.
Responsibilities:
- Review executed contracts and create customers, deals, and incentives in our revenue system.
- Deliver timely and accurate accounting services to our business units, including contract review and financial month-end close process.
- Identify and prepare manual journal entries through analysis of close results and trends.
- Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations.
- Perform detailed review of rebate and incentive payment requests, including contract review and validation of driver data.
- Provide overall support and customer service to business partners throughout the organization.
- Recommend, develop, and implement process improvements to improve accounting efficiency and quality.
- Monitor performance indicators to track progress against goals.
- Perform various ad-hoc reporting, analysis, or projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Fresher with CPA/CA (highly preferred), 1-2 years with Inter CA, or 3-5 years with MBA Finance.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and current accounting concepts.
- Prior revenue, contra revenue, and/or contract management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Progressive accounting experience preferably in a large, global environment.
