Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Contract Renewal Specialist to support the go-to-market strategy. This role will play a critical part in preparing resources and documentation related to client renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on renewal document preparation.
  • Analyze client data within internal tools to gather supporting information for documentation.
  • Work with employees to identify actions needed to support a successful renewal process.
  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience executing and analyzing customer data to assist in a smooth renewal process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
