We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Budgeting Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions using Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle PBCS engagements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable PBCS solutions.
  • Design and build comprehensive planning models for financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Configure Oracle PBCS applications, metadata imports, forms and task-flow setup, security model design, and authoring business rules.
  • Integrate Oracle PBCS with ERP/HCM Cloud and other source systems to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.
  • Automate tasks using EPM Automate for command-line scripting, patching, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
  • Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS or equivalent hands-on experience on the Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service platform.
