Job Title: Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis">

The role of the FP&A Manager is to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the various teams within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for supported teams.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.
  • Be the subject matter expert and mentor the team members on standard FP&A principles and operating procedures.
  • Proactively look at standardization and automation opportunities across different product lines and regions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced FP&A professional with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles, preferably in a COE or shared services environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, including Indian GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
  • High adaptability to dynamic business environments.
