Project Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project execution strategies and schedules, leading to the successful completion of utility-scale solar power projects.
  • Oversee EPC contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution within quality and safety parameters.
  • Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams to align project objectives and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Drive risk management, cost control, and resource optimization for efficient project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of integrity and transparency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, local authorities, and external partners through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to site execution teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 12-20 years of experience in project execution within the power/renewables sector, with at least 7-10 years in solar projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering large utility-scale solar projects (>50 MW) on time and within budget, demonstrating expertise and competence.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contracts, and supply chain processes, enabling effective project delivery.
