Solar Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of solar power plants.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, track, and execute solar projects from conceptualization to commissioning.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
