About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing efficiency and scalability across 15 markets.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship

The ideal candidate is an expert in project management, social media strategy, and team leadership. They will lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for social media, design, and internal communications distribution.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and adaptability to changing market conditions.

  • Campaign & Project Management

The Regional Marketing Operations Manager will own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of recurring and ad-hoc marketing campaigns. This includes strategically designing campaigns to effectively move prospects through the marketing funnel, from awareness (Top-of-Funnel) to consideration and conversion (Marketing Qualified Leads).

They will also handle all aspects of resource and task management, ensuring seamless project execution from briefing to launch.

  • Marketing Operations & Process Improvement

The ideal candidate will proactively identify, design, and implement new workflows and process improvements to increase team efficiency and scalability.

They will collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm, develop, and implement new growth strategies.

  • Social Media Management: Enterprise-level tool
  • Project Management: Teamwork (or similar)
  • Office Suite: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Design: Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Infogram
