Account Team Leader

Job Opportunity
Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the One Lenovo paradigm in assigned Strategic Accounts. As the leader of an Account Team Unit, this individual will spearhead a deeper engagement with the accounts across its business functions and Line of Business/Operations pertinent to One Lenovo solutions initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Account Plans and meticulously track the progress of planned actions.
- Identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals, and increase 'wallet share' within assigned clients and business partners.
- Strengthen engagements with all relevant CXOs.
Additional Requirements:
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and business partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
