">Job Role Overview">

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. This role involves managing customer orders, products, and systems, with some logistics activities, and contributing to the development of a customer service model.

">Main Responsibilities">
  • Processing customer orders in the system based on input from sales teams.
  • Creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and closing related activities.
  • Billing and resolving billing queries via ICC.
  • Organizing deliveries and material flow within the company, adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, shipping companies, and customs agencies.
  • Monitoring delivery timetables and verifying document circulation, ensuring correctness and accuracy.
  • Proposing process improvements and implementing changes.
  • Maintaining close cooperation with various internal departments globally.
">Key Requirements">
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in German language at B2 level.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, customer service, preferably in the technical sector.
  • Familiarity with ERP software, preferably SAP, and/or a background in logistics.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Open-mindedness and a constructive attitude towards tasks.
  • Willingsness to work extended hours on weekdays and weekends during month end and quarter end close periods.
