Job Title: Order Management Professional

Description:

  • Process sales orders for various divisions. Develop documentation to support business operations.
  • Plan and execute inventory control strategies. Arrange product distribution effectively.
  • Solve product return issues efficiently. Place orders, process returns, and manage credits.
  • Provide customer service related to products, ordering procedures, special orders, pricing, quotes, problems, returns, and shipping.
  • Communicate order status, delays, or problems with customers. Liaise with third-party delivery services to resolve issues.
  • Offer information and assistance to inventory and warehouse teams to expedite processing of damaged merchandise.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of international process experience in Order Management is preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Relationship management skills for customer and stakeholder liaison.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and flexibility.
