About the Role

The Regional Director of Design Operations will be responsible for driving architectural and interior design strategy across all projects. As the key point of contact for regional design initiatives, this role will lead client workshops, design presentations, and value engineering discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, engineering, and construction phases.
  • Maintain high standards of design innovation, space planning, and user-centric design.
Project Oversight & Execution
  • Oversee all design phases from concept to construction documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
Design Excellence & Innovation
  • Implement sustainable and LEED-compliant solutions wherever applicable.
  • Regularly audit design output for quality and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and architecture.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors to understand design requirements.
  • Handle design-related queries, RFIs, and change requests.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through design strategy and visioning.
Team Management & Mentoring
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, architects, and engineers.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, design reviews, and internal training sessions.
