We are seeking a highly skilled contract management professional to join our team in Mumbai and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Analyzing contract terms, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related queries and concerns
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and storage of contractual documents in organizational databases
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to the business on contractual risk mitigation
  • Keeping abreast of legal updates to ensure contracts are compliant with the latest laws and regulations
  • Handling disputes and claims arising out of contractual obligations and ensuring timely resolutions
Requirements:
  • A law degree (LL B or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management legal operations
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, including drafting and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risks and provide practical legal solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in legal and contract-related software tools is an added advantage
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment will be preferred
