A distinguished legal professional is sought to assume the role of Senior Contract Manager. This individual will serve as a pivotal point of contact for all legal matters, collaborating closely with the General Counsel to provide strategic guidance and oversight.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that align with our organization's objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable institution
  • At least 9 years of PQE experience in client/customer contract management within Tier 1 IT/ITES or Fortune 500 environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI, SaaS, Data Privacy, Cloud, and related domains
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and contract repositories

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, data protection agreements, tri-partite agreements, etc.)
  • Providing clear, business-aligned advice on legal risks and liabilities
  • Ensuring contracts are risk-appropriate and compliant
  • Supporting dispute avoidance and escalation management in consultation with the GC
