**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.

As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  2. Managing and mentoring a team of commercial lawyers and contract professionals.
  3. Providing legal and strategic business advice to ensure agreements are consistent with internal policies and processes.
  4. Identifying opportunities to streamline the contracting and negotiating process.
  5. Managing legal trainings to business partners on contracting processes.
  6. Staying up-to-date with compliance issues and regulations in the telecom sector.

**Requirements:**

  • 8-10 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Able to lead diverse teams through complex negotiations.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and think creatively to find resolutions.
  • Fast-paced working environment and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Participating in training sessions to educate business partners on contracting procedures.
