Job Title:

Sr. Manager – Safety


We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to lead workplace safety programs for industrial/factory projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of occupational health & safety, statutory compliance, risk management, and implementation of industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and systems aligned with statutory requirements and international standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP, HIRA, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for critical industrial activities.
  • Oversee safety planning and execution during construction, commissioning, and operational phases of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, Factory Act, OSHA, ISO 45001, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks to drive awareness across the workforce.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and supervisors.
  • Coordinate with project management, engineering, and operations teams to integrate safety into all activities.
  • Prepare and maintain statutory reports, safety documentation, and compliance records.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Industrial Safety / Environmental Science.
  • Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute (mandatory).
  • Minimum 12–15 years of safety experience in industrial projects, factories, or manufacturing plants.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS laws, Factory Act, and global HSE standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and drive safety culture across all levels.
