Health and Wellness Consultant Role

About this role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a health and wellness consultant.

This client-facing role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in health, wellness, and client communication while gaining real-world experience in digital health consulting.

The responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 1:1 video consultations with new clients to welcome them, understand their challenges, and guide them toward the most suitable next step
  • Listening actively to clients' challenges and health goals, educating them about holistic health processes in simple terms, and providing empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps
  • Maintaining accurate notes and records of all consultations and collaborating with senior health coaches for client support when needed

This position is ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, comfort with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet), and an empathetic, confident, and good listener.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality services to clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • To build trust and rapport with clients through active listening and empathy
  • To maintain accurate records and collaborate with senior health coaches for client support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Comfort with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
