Job Summary:

Ambitious and results-driven Area Business Manager sought to lead a team of Portfolio Relationship Managers in driving business growth for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) segment.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Portfolio Relationship Managers to manage existing clients and acquire new customers in SME segment.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, promoters, and CXOs to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration, revenue streams, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tap business opportunities and drive portfolio hygiene.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring timely delinquency closures and security creation.
  • Monitor team performance, inspire results-oriented behavior, and achieve budgeted targets.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in SME banking
  • Excellent networking skills, knowledge of SME banking products, and analytical/financial skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
