Job Overview

This is a challenging role for a Telesales Specialist, where you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships.

You will also be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include updating customer databases, following up on leads, and providing training to new team members as required.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update customer databases and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure seamless onboarding and high levels of job satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills, Strong Communication skills, Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets, Experience in Training and mentoring team members, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Prior experience in a telesales or related role is beneficial, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
